Ludih Private Limited
To Our Valued Customers:
Your privacy is important to Ludih, and maintaining your trust and confidence is one of our highest priorities.
We hope that by taking a few minutes to read it, you will have a better understanding of what we do with the information you provide us and how we keep it private and secure.
A. Types of Information We Collect
During our discussions and phone calls with you, emails from you and by you registering for our blog or agreeing to the terms and conditions on our website, we may collect certain personal information from you. This personal information may include
- full name
- email address
- phone number
- other contact details
- travel information
- plans for events, parties and other activities
We use that information to prepare for events, parties and other arrangements for you and to provide information on Ludih as per your requests to us.
B. Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information
We are committed to keeping your personal information confidential and secure.
We do not share your personal information with anyone other than our employees and parties who require that information to provide services to you that you arranged through Ludih.
For example, we may provide your details to the suppliers of activities and other arrangements that you have arranged through Ludih. But we restrict this information only to the information that a supplier may reasonably require to complete the arrangements you have arranged through Ludih. We don’t disclose your email address or other contact information to our suppliers or anyone else unless there is a specific need for them to contact you related to events or arrangements you have organised or are in discussions about organising with Ludih.
We tend to use ‘Cloud based’ applications and storage to run our business and select only the most reputable providers of such services (e.g. Google Docs, PayPal, MailChimp) to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the data you provide us.
C. Parties to Whom We May Disclose Information
As noted above, as a general rule we do not disclose personal information that we collect to anyone.
However, to the extent permitted by law and any applicable Code of Professional Conduct, certain nonpublic personal information about you may be disclosed in the following situations:
- As a part of any actual or threatened legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution proceedings either initiated by or against us, provided we disclose only the information necessary to file, pursue, or defend against the lawsuit and take reasonable precautions to ensure that the information disclosed does not become a matter of public record.
- In conjunction with a prospective purchase, sale, or merger of all or part of our practice, provided that we take appropriate precautions (for example, through a written confidentiality agreement) so the prospective purchaser or merger partner does not disclose information obtained in the course of the review.
Thank you for considering Ludih to help organise your event. We value our relationship with you and are committed to protecting your privacy. We hope you view us as a most trusted partner and we will work to continue earning your trust. Please contact us if you have any questions or if we can be of further service.
