THE CIRCOLOCO PHUKET EXPERIENCE

Baba Beach Club, which is approx a 50 minute drive from your villa.

Circoloco tickets will be handled by the Ludih representative who is on hand, these will be in the form of a QR code which will be scanned upon entry and you will then be given a wristband.

Food and drinks are not included unless where stated. There is a 7/11 located 5 minutes walk from the villa and you will have an opportunity to be taken to other venues throughout your stay.

Yes airport transfers are included for all guests arriving on the check in day, if you arrive before the date of the package commencement date, we can also arrange pickup for you, free of charge.

Our official transport provider who will be completing all of our journeys, whether it is airport pick ups, event transport or other general transportation needs.

The accommodation is a 4 bedroom villa equipped with twin rooms, and the packages are sold by the bed so you will be sharing your room with someone else, unless of course you come with a friend or partner. Click here for more images of the villas.

If you are a solo-traveller, you will be sharing a room with another same-sex solo-traveller! Your room will include two single beds.

If you are booking with a friend or as a group on the same account, you will automatically be placed into the same room together.

However, if you are travelling together but paying separately please email us at experience@ludih.com with your booking IDs so we can place you into the same room.

The Villa set up is a 8 bed, 4 bedroom private villa with swimming pool.

Yes, linen and towels will be included and will be replenished during the week if needed.

The package includes return transport to Cafe Del Mar from the villa, along with VIP reservations on a pool side cabana, along with a $30 F&B credit to spend.

Unfortunately, flights are not included in our packages but we recommend using websites like Kayak.com or skyscanner.com to find the best flight pricing.

On days where there are no activities or where food or drink isn’t provided you will then be required to purchase anything you may need. Most places accept card and there are plenty of cash machines, please be aware that Thailand does not accept Apple or Google pay.

Check-in will be at 15:00PM on the opening day. So if the trip begins on the 11th of January, opening day is the 11th and check in will be at 15:00PM.

Check-out will be at 12:00PM on the final day.  So if the trip ends on the 18th of January, the final day is the 25th and check out will be at 12:00PM.

The package will begin on the 11th of January, so we would recommend arriving early on the 11th or coming in a day earlier, on the 10th, prepared to begin a full week of partying and amazing music from the 11th or 18th depending on if your coming for week 1 or week 2.

If arriving a day earlier we would recommend getting an airbnb near the Villa location which is in BangTao and making our staff aware so we can arrange pick up’s for the next day.

COVID As of July 1st 2022

• Foreigners do not need to show proof of Covid Insurance.
• All mandatory hotel quarantine has been removed.
• Thailand Pass is no longer required for foreign travellers to enter Thailand.
• Vaccinated travellers do not need to provide proof of vaccination before arriving.
• Unvaccinated travellers (including children traveling with unvaccinated parents) will need to complete an RT-PCR or Professional Antigen Test (Pro-ATK) 72 hours before departing for Thailand. Proof does not need to be uploaded before traveling.
• Airlines and Thai Immigration will do random checks to confirm travellers meet Covid prevention requirements (vaccination or Covid test).

Travel insurance is not included. Insurance will be provided during our events or excursions during the week but we recommend booking your own personal travel insurance for your time in Phuket.

Yes, a Ludih representative will be on hand at all times during your stay, anything you need our staff will be there to support you. 

Phuket has a main international airport that is called Phuket international airport (HKT).

Yes, a tourist visa is required to enter Thailand which can be applied for online https://www.thaievisa.go.th. Holders of normal passports of the following countries are granted visa-free travel to Thailand for a period of up to 30 days. The exemption is granted at most twice in a calendar year when entering over land or via a sea border but there is no limitation when entering by air. You can download an E-Sim on Airalo.com, this will allow you to have a data plan the moment you step off the plane, all you need to do is select your country, select your package and configure your phone and you’re ready to go. If you prefer a physical SIM card you can buy at the airport on arrival and will cost you about 200-500 Baht for a 7 day data plan. 

We recommend downloading taxi app InDriver, this is by far the cheapest and most convenient way to travel around Thailand, however it is cash only so please make sure you have cash available. If not, Grab and Bolt are also available and convenient travel apps.
